New talent brings practical experience, dynamic perspective
ATLANTA, June 1, 2008 — Kim Hohenbrink and Jeremy Hiser have joined the training division of tops Software, bringing vast experience in the orthodontic field and a dynamic understanding of software.
“Kim has over 25 years of experience in the orthodontic field and is author of a dozen manuals,” said tops Training Coordinator Colleen Hall. “Jeremy brings 14 years of clinical and office management experience and new insight into the practical application of topsOrtho™.”

Over the past five years, Hohenbrink created, implemented and managed the training program for orthodontic robotic pioneer SureSmile. In her role at tops, she will continue to train new offices and she will create documentation for tops software programs.

Hiser started in the profession as a dental assistant. He joined an orthodontic practice where he assisted, worked with treatment coordination and ultimately was the office manager. At SureSmile, Hiser lent his expertise to the digital lab, trained users and served as a practice consultant.
