Although we believe topsOrtho™ is the best practice management tool going, we constantly strive to make it even better.
Reports are one of the features we’ve been working on lately. topsOrtho currently includes some 200 reports based on your practice data. About 50 of these are “fixed” or predefined, and others can be configured for custom needs.
tops reports allow you to view your data in useful chunks — which helps you to make informed decisions about managing your practice.
In the past few months, our ace programmers have created a slew of new reports and report enhancements, including:
- Fees by Staff Summary report
- Fees by Month Summary report
- Account Adjustment by Staff Summary report
- Account Adjustments by Month Summary report
- Appointment Types by Staff Summary report
- Appointment Types by Month Summary report
- Treatment Status Summary report
- Dental Classification Summary report
- Added ‘Average Fee’ and ‘Current Default Fee’ columns to the Fees Summary report.
- Active Patients Without Appointment or Recall Report
- Added ‘Patient Office’, ‘Last Appointment Date’, ‘Last Appointment Procedure’, ‘Last Appointment Duration’, and ‘Treatment Status’ columns to the Active Patients Without Appointment or Recall report.

- Added new column item choices ‘Tx Finish Target Date’ and ‘Next Recall Target Date’ to the Patient List.
